Seven-day trial
A payment method is required to start the trial. The trial includes up to three successfully completed usable reports total, with no more than two in one day. Checkout must show the exact first-charge time for your selected plan. Cancel before that time to prevent the first monthly subscription charge.
Recurring monthly billing
Unless canceled, Office renews at $49 per month, Building at $99 per month, and Complex at $199 per month, plus applicable taxes. The renewal date and amount shown in checkout or your billing record govern the next scheduled charge. HHM does not add an automatic monetary overage when included report or reanalysis usage is exhausted.
How to request cancellation
Use the subscription-management option in your authorized account when available, or email group@hhmcustomhome.com from the account email with the subject “HHM Scout cancellation request.” Include the account name and selected plan. Do not send a password or full card number. HHM may verify identity and account authority before completing the request.
When cancellation takes effect
A cancellation completed before the first-charge time prevents the first monthly subscription charge. A cancellation completed before a future renewal prevents that future renewal. Unless checkout, your account, or applicable law states otherwise, access may continue through the already-paid billing period and ends when that period expires. Cancellation does not erase obligations or records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance.
Refund requests
Cancellation does not automatically refund a charge already processed. If you believe a charge is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorized, or inconsistent with the checkout terms, contact HHM promptly at group@hhmcustomhome.com. Include the account email, charge date, amount, and payment receipt reference or last four digits when available. Never send a complete card number or security code. HHM will review the subscription and service records and will provide any refund required by applicable law or approved after that review.
Plan access after cancellation
When paid or trial access ends, creation of new reports and plan-limited functions may stop. Report access, exports, document retention, and account closure are governed by the applicable service, security, privacy, and recordkeeping requirements. Contact support before access ends if you need help identifying available export options.
