What counts as a completed property report?
Only an initial property report that completes every required quality and delivery gate and becomes available in the subscriber workspace counts against the plan’s included report allowance.
Failed, canceled, duplicate, provider-failed, property-mismatch and scope-rejected requests do not count. Included reports reset each billing cycle, do not roll over and never create an automatic monetary overage.
How document-reanalysis credits work
Uploading, storing, scanning, previewing, rejecting or deduplicating a document does not use a credit. Documents Scout requires while the first report is still being completed are included.
After a report is active, an accepted document batch uses two supplemental document-reanalysis credits only when the evidence creates a material update and the new report version passes every gate and successfully activates. Failed, duplicate and no-change outcomes do not consume credits.
One refresh batch may contain up to 10 accepted files, 100 pages and 250 MB. Scout does not create surprise monetary overages.

QUESTIONS
Before you choose
Does purchasing a plan give me access to every shared report?
No. A subscription provides your plan features and usage. Access to a report owned or shared by another account is controlled separately by that report’s authorization.
What is a named seat?
A named seat is one individual person on the subscribing company’s account. Shared credentials, outside companies, resale accounts and cross-company access are not seats.
Does the Complex plan include unlimited usage?
No. Complex includes unlimited named internal seats for one subscribing company. Report, credit, storage, document, research and other usage limits still apply.
Can I save a report as a PDF?
Yes. Scout reports include a printable PDF option in addition to their interactive web experience.
